Pinch Pleat
Pinch pleat groups the fabric into even folds at the heading. It is a familiar, tailored look that works for sheers and for heavier drapes.
A classic heading
The pleats are pinched and sewn so the curtain falls in regular columns. On a track or a rod with rings, the stack is orderly and the closed curtain has a dressed appearance.
It is a flexible heading: many homes use it for both a sheer under-layer and a dim-out or blackout face cloth.
Pairing with hardware and fabric
Tell us if you already have a rod or track. Pinch pleat can often use either. The depth of the pleat and the fullness of the cloth change how generous the curtain looks.
Bring room photos and a sense of whether you want a softer or more formal hang. We compare samples in the shop or at your villa in Phuket when the schedule allows.
